R&B Open Spring Circuit 2012!
Alright boys and girls. Andy Buss and myself would like to invite you to fish our two tournament open circuit next year. Come sharpen your skills before all the other circuits start in 2012! NO R&B MEMBERSHIP required! Dates and bodies of water are listed below. All entries will be cash at the ramp only. Contact myself or Andy Buss with questions.
Entry fee $60 per team (inccludes Big Bass 80% payback!
Proceeds will go to R&B Bass Circuit Classic pot

Tournament Rules:
1. There will be a mandatory pre-tournament meeting 20 minutes prior to take off. 1 member must be present.
2. Boat order will be determined by random draw at the ramp.
3. All boats must have their livewells inspected before the tournament. Directors are available to check livewells before launching and will mark the trolling motor with ribbon. Please drive cautiously and communicate with them to insure their safety.
4. Five fish limit: smallmouth, largemouth, and spotted.
5. All dead fish will result in ΒΌ pound penalty from total weight.
6. Weighing in of a short fish will result in the loss of that fish as well the loss of big bass. A courtesy bump will be allowed.
7. Any team coming to the weigh-in with more than 5 bass will be disqualified. All culling must be done on tournament waters and during tournament hours.
8. Check-in time will be announced at the pre-tournament meeting. THERE WILL BE NO GRACE TIME. IF YOU ARE LATE, YOU WILL BE DISQUALIFIED.
9. Safety, good sportsmanship, and angler courtesy will be expected and enforced. Failure to comply may result in disqualification.
10.Payback will be 1 team for every 6 teams participating.
11. 80% of entry fees will be paid back at each tournament. The remaining 20% will be placed in the R&B Tournament circuit classic pot.
12. In the event of a tie, big bass will break the tie. If big bass is also a tie, teams will split evenly.
13. All State and Federal rules/laws will be strictly enforced: this includes boating laws.
14. Life Jackets are required and must be worn anytime gas engine is running.
15. All boats must have an aerated livewell in working order.
16. All boat owners must have sufficient liability insurance to cover any accident.
17. Failure to comply with any rule may result in disqualification.
18. All protests must be made, in writing, within 5 minutes of weigh-in scales being closed to the Tournament Director. Rule interpretation will be determined by the Tournament Directors and their decisions are final.
